Hello. I have a problem with an Automated Cloud Flow with the trigger "When Keyword is Mentioned in Ms Teams".

Flow is not triggering when the the keyword is mentioned in the chat. It just simply does not see it. The keyword is written correctly. It happened previously that flow was trigerring with a delay of up to 3-4 hours. But it's been 15 hours since mentioning the Keyword in the chat (not only once).

I have created another flow to test the same trigger with just one step/action: When keyword "Test" is mentioned, post a message with text "Test completed" to the very same chat. And it doesn't work.

Did you have any similar issue ? Or any ideas how can I fix this?

I have exactly the same problem since yesterday.

I have tried many things (New Flow, New Teams Chat, Teams connection in Power Automat set up again etc.) but have not found a solution to the problem.

If you find a solution please let me know. :)

Hello.
The same problem happens here.
Since last Friday afternoon, it has taken 5-7 hours for this trigger to occur from keyword post.
At first I thought this is a kind of throttling, but now I feel that it could be an MS server issue if there are others in the same situation.

I too believe connection issues between teams and power automate... but not for all.. only trigger keyword have issue,

I tried below, but no luck still.

Create another simple flow to test

Turn off Turn on

Change keywords and groups

remove shared persons

Reauthenticate connections

Create new connections

Teams triggers stopped working Oct 9, 11.XX PM (or later)

Identified failure of: "when a keyword..", "when chat is added.." Probably more teams triggers,

Microsoft appears to not recognize the issue as per now.

Service status: No issues found

Same issue, we use this to trigger different processes.

Things I've tried

Created a new flow

Tried from a Teams channel

Tried classic Teams

Nothing seems to work, I'm assuming Microsoft will have to fix whatever happened.
