How therefore do we see and update/change my data sources?

although this is the second post I have seen today with this missing
Where are you based (I am in Australia and have both)
Found the Legacy option and it works, new Apps have the data source icon, but not old ones it seems
Legacy ribbon is now gone completely.
Bring it back.
The new ribbon is a disgrace, Microsoft is trolling us for no reason and totally oblivious to feedback.
I believe that right now, the legacy ribbon is not even available any more or it has been moved... I cannot find it in settiings.
So what do we do now?
