146I had created an application with a form. The form uses a lookup based up the ID within the items property.
Users have been reporting they are no longer having the form load data until they leave and reopen the page. I have validated that the first time I open to the form it shows empty cards/data. Leaving and coming back does show the data. When I hover over the lookup formula in the formula bar I also can see the data even if it is not shown in the form.
Nothing has changed in terms of how the app works. The datasource is a sharepoint list with a very small amount of data.
What are some things I could look at to make this more performant and work consistently? Happy to provide additional details
