Hi,

I've created a form that has a list of e-mail address from a connected flow that is filled via forms but some emails are thru gmail or other email platforms that is not catered via office 365 or Microsoft account.... This is what happened:

@v-litu-msft  so I tried creating a new form but it messed up the whole flow especially converting the submission time and then now it says that my other date entries are 'null' even there's a data in there.

    Hi @roxyshenton,

It's wired, I confirm it on my side, no matter the email whether exists in the organization, the Form could open correctly.

How about you create a new Form to test it again?

@v-litu-msft  I did that and this is what I get :

BadRequest. The request failed. Error code: 'InvalidApprovalRequestor'. Error Message: 'The approval requestor must be a single, valid user account within your organization.'.

    Hi @roxyshenton,

If you add an answer to make responder to submit Email, you could set the MS Form to let anyone with the link can response.

@v-litu-msft  that's what I did but I still had the error that the email is outside of Office 365

    Hi @roxyshenton,

As a workaround, you could add a question to ask the responder to input their Email Address when they submit the survey.

so does this mean it wouldn't work if he's not a part of the organization?

    Hi @roxyshenton,

The responder's Email record only supported when the responder is in your organization:Annotation 2020-06-26 155607.jpg

If you want to anyone response the Form could be recorded, you should personalize the survey:
