Limit choices in Person field column

Hi, 

 

I have a multi screen app and I am using Patch.updates functions to update all the values in the form. 

I have a person field column in my sharepoint list and Is there any way to show only names that I want people to select. ( and search aswell within those 10 names, if search cannot be done that will also work) 

Person name I want to show in my DataCardfield - Person A, Person B, Person C, Person D 

I created a sharepoint group but not able to apply it in powerapps. What's the easiest way of doing it. ?

    Hi @itzRobin ,

     

    Considering you are using a Person or Group type of column in SharePoint , you can create a SharePoint Group and add only the required members in that SP Group(10 people in your case) and under Choose From option in the column settings select the SP Group that you have created.

     

    This will restrict the users to be only the users from that SP group.

    Please refer the below image for more details.

    I have done this for a small, 3 person group.  The problem is in Power Apps using a combo box I am unable to simply see the list when I drop down.  I can search for a name (if I know it) but can't seem to make it just show all 3 choices.  Can you (or anyone) suggest a solution?
