I have a simple test using a Form and Start and Wait for Approval workflow action. When test Email notification and click on Approve, it takes me to Approvals Center.
I've tried using Outlook desktop and also Outlook 365 and both have the same experience.
Is there a way to avoid email approval responses going to Approvals Center? I have also tried with a Start and Wait - Custom response but same results.

The same thing is happening to me as well. A month ago we could submit an approval from out email without going to the approval center. Has something changed?
