Power Automate License requirement for Admins

Hi,

 

Just want to ask what the required SKU is for Admins to perform administrative tasks for Power Automate (like changing ownership of a flow) in the Power Platform AC.

 

I've seen in forums that Plan 2 is required, but I believe there has been an update in Power Automate offerings (Plan 1 & Plan 2 of Power Automate are not available anymore). I checked the SKU of the Power Automate Licenses that we have and here is what I have found:

 

Power Automate Free: FLOW_P2_VIRAL
Power Automate included in M365 E3: FLOW_O365_P2
Power Automate included in M365 E5: FLOW_O365_P3

 

I see "P2" even in the free version. Would that be enough to perform administrative tasks?
