How to get Excel to continue formula when rows are added using Power Automate

Hi,

I am trying to use Power Automate to take information from a Microsoft form, populate an Excel document, and then send an email to the person that submitted the form. I have been able to do this but the main problem I am running into is that I'd like Excel to continue the "sample number" formula when a row has been added so I can put that number in the reply email. Is there a way to do this? I just want the numbering to continue on so that a new sample number is generated.

@kyliehenline Is your excel formatted as a table? if not make sure to add this as a table and insert the formula on the first cell. I think that should work

Incase this does not work. I recommend using office scripts. You can easily trigger an office script via flow

Hi @kyliehenline

@Anonymous_Hippo is absolutely right. Will work if you do it that way.

Just added the "No" column value from the flow

And the formula as well as the cell value got automatically populated
