    Hi @sreeray

My guess is someone just hasn't created a Template for that scenarios.

    1. Create a Microsoft Form

    2. Grab its Form Id

    3. Create an Automated Flow

-Set the trigger to when a Form is submitted

-Configure it with the Form Id you got from Step 2

    4. On Submission use SalesForce actions to post update/create data

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Hi @sreeray ,

If you are new for the platform, I suggest you to use this function to create whatever you want.

Go to Power Automate website, at home screen, you can see this part, type your requirement and view the suggested flow:

For your requirement, this is what I get:

Make sure that you have account of Salesforce and Microsoft.

    Thanks,

    Justin

Thanks! It worked however my account will need premium licensing to create the flow. I will discuss with my supervisor. Thank you!
