HI All

I have generated a Microsoft List with people name and their suppliers, questionnaire link for the questionnaire which by Microsoft Forms.

and what I want to achieve is that when each people click the questionnaire link after their each supplier, the supplier name will be filled automaticlly, no need to manually filled.

thanks for your time for the answering!

Unfortunately, MS Forms doesn't support dynamic values, as far as I know. That's not only for Power Automate: the current version of MS Forms API do not provide any alternative to edit current forms, or to set the value of any of its fields dynamically.

As an alternative, you can work with a Power App (assuming you are working with internal users), a Power Page (if you are working with external users) or work with a regular web form (not a low-code solution and requires some software development for implementation).

Alternatively, since you already have an internal link of the responders and the suppliers, you can simply not include questions related to the supplier (assuming that it aligns to your requirements).

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!
