On D365 Sales Trial env: -1. Create a BPF on Lead entity with 4 BPF stages: - Capture, Categorize, Approval, Qualify.2. Set "Capture" as the default stage for new Lead,3. When a Lead record reaches Approval stage then trigger an approval flow to auto send approval email to approver (Sales Manager position), 4. On approval then auto proceed the BPF to "Qualify" stage -where owner of lead can qualify the lead to Account, Contact and Opportunity.
5. Do not hard-code the email of Sales Manager in the power-automate. Instead - Search among the list of all users for a user having position = Sales Manager. Once found, then send email to the user who has position = Sales mgr.
6. When the approver has approved/rejected the Oppty record, then auto send In-App-Notification to the owner of the Oppty saying that - "The sales opportunity <Subject/Title of Oppty> has been approved/rejected by <approver user name>
