I need to refer to the subfolder - inbox\xxxBut the name of the folder will be taken from the list:
However, it doesn't work this way:
Entering only the folder name doesn't work either.
Is there another way?
Use the subfolder id instead of its name.
Where to get it?Selecting the folder icon from the panel and adding a link to the inbox and then adding a link to sharepoint as a subfolder does not work.
I want it to select its own subfolders based on the sharepoint list.
Wait a minute. Are you talking about Outlook folders or about SharePoint folders?
What is the trigger/action "Przenie..."?
Automation - when an email comes in with address x, download the sharepoint item that contains email x from the sharepoint list and then move that email to a folder, where the information about which folder the email should go to is in the downloaded sharepoint item in the 'email' column.
If the folder it should go to is in the main column then the sharepoint link works. When it wants to refer to a subfolder in this way, it cannot find it.
Still unclear for me, sorry. Could you show your flow?
Ok, And I added translate from polish to english my step.
Thank you. Now please try to explain what are you trying to do.
Ok.
Step 1. When new e-mail is on send items folder
Step 2. Get item from list, where email from "To" is on column "emaile"
Step 3. Move send email to subfolder "xxx", but name folder is on column "folder name" on list.
I want the "move" step to download only the name of the subfolder to which the email is assigned.
Understood. Use this approach: https://mikestephenson.me/2021/01/02/get-outlook-folder-id-from-path-with-power-automate/
Hi @Sbsyx,
