How to search thru the mails for particular content and extract to excel

I am getting numerous alerts for particular occasion, and I wanted to analyze it.

Since these are accumulated in my mailbox, I was wondering if I can make use of Power automate can search thru these mails and pick the details I require and place in MS Excel so that I can analyze.
