How to Remove Adaptive Card from "Email with Options" Flow

I'm trying to build an email flow that allows recipients to select an option in the email that updates a status in a SharePoint list. I've been able to get everything to work great - however, there's an odd adaptive card in the email that shows up to Outlook users.  You can see that the body of the email takes the HTML just fine, but Outlook seems to add an adaptive card at the head of the email and displays the HTML code as-is.

How do I get rid of the adaptive card at the head of this email?

Additionally:  It seems to work just fine for gmail users:

    Hi @wdcsguser ,

    Is this how your advanced options set for the email sending step?

    @wdcsguser ,

    I send option emails to outlook users and there is no adaptive card, do you mind changing the options as I sent and try again?

    Thank you @Anonymous!  I swear I had tried that before, but it worked!

    Thanks for your help!
