I have created 15 Test Cases using 15 different MS Forms.
I would like to generate the responses from all 15 Forms into one SharePoint list.
How should I achieve it?

Thanks,
Mohit

You'll need to build 15 separate flows as the when a new response is submitted trigger can only be used for 1 form. Immediately after the trigger add the get response details action then finally add the SharePoint create item action. Name & save your flow. Then you'll need to do a save as for the rest of the forms, changing the form in the trigger but leaving the SharePoint create item action the same.

As I am new to Power Automate, is it possible for you @RobElliott  to send me any video tutorial link, so that I can understand and further how to execute this scenario?

    Thanks for the response 😊

In Power Automate click on My flows then select New Flow. Do not use the Forms template that is available in Power Automate as it contains an error that Microsoft have never fixed. Select Instant cloud flow.

In the next screen I always just click the skip button:

    0b-Flow.png

The next screen shows the triggers you can use, select Microsoft Forms:

    0c-Flow.png

It will then show you the triggers for Microsoft Forms but there's only 1 which is "when a new response is submitted" so select that:

The trigger will be added and you need to select your form from the dropdown:

    1-Flow.png

Next, click the new step button and type Forms into the search box then select "get response details"

Select your form again then click in the Response Id field and from the dynamic content box that appears at the bottom right of the screen select Response Id

Finally click the new step button and type create item into the search box and select the SharePoint create item action.

    3a-Flow.png

Select your site and list and after a couple of seconds the columns from your list will appear. Click in each field and select the appropriate question from the dynamic content box:

In the top left of the flow give your flow a name and in the top right click Save. At this point you will want to test the flow by submitting a form. After a few seconds the item should have been created with the answers you submitted in each column.

Assuming your flow has completed successfully go back to the my flows screen and you will see your flow. Click the 3 dots next to it and select Save as. A box will appear for you to name the second flow.

You will then need to edit the second flow and change the form in the trigger and the get response details action.

    Hi @RobElliott ,
I had created 15 flows for 15 MS Forms to collect responses into single SharePoint list items.
There are total 20 users who will submit their responses using all 15 Forms.
I would like to overwrite the form responses if any of the user submit the response mutiple times from a single form.
Same I would like to achieve with all the forms.
Can you guide me how should I achieve this scenario?

    Regards,
    Mohit
