I want to use different languages in Chatbot in PVA , is it possible that user selects language and the chats text and data displays in the selected language and how to do it?

to the best of my knowledge this isn't possible. You select the language of the bot when you create it. That is necessary to assign it to the right language processing AI. There is no option that I'm aware of for changing that after creation.
