Hello Guys,

I`m trying to make a trigger in OneDrive folder, so whenever an excel file is added in the folder, this excel file is used in " List Rows In Table" action. The folder will contain a new file each month.

in another word, I want the trigger to be " When a file is created" and I want the new file to be used in the rest of the flow, so what should I write in file name and table of "List rows present in table" action ?

I would really appreciate your help!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

You can use this trigger to trigger a flow when a file is uploaded to your OneDrive folder.

You can use trigger conditions to restrict certain content types or when the filename contains .xlsx before triggering your flow.  Read here for more details.

    Thank you @eric-cheng 😊

but can you help in how to make "List Rows in table" take the name of the file just created ?

I tried the following but I don`t know what to put in the table name and file.

The file will be added every month to the folder and it contain many tables, but I want to pick a specific one that contain details about a KPI, its score and email of the person responsible for the KPI.

Can I have the for example the KPI as dynamic content in the body of the email while I`m trying to make the file dynamic ?

Your help is very appreciated @eric-cheng 🙏 If you need a copy of the file let me know.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

In your Excel, highlight the cell range and click on Insert > Table. Save your file.

    Remove and add the connector.

If your file is going to get updated.  Use a Get Tables action first and then pass the table name to List rows.  This will be more dynamic.
