Automating Survey123 Report Emails through Power Automate thru Date Paid field

I've created an automated scenario to create a report when a Survey123 survey is submitted. After it is submitted it goes from Survey123 and uploads to OneDrive then sends an email. Is there a way that I can configure PAID reports to be emailed out and the NOT PAID reports to be sent out when the Date Paid field is filled?
