Posso configurar o Power Automate para gerar um alerta sempre que os usuários de uma empresa enviem e-mails com anexos para contas de fora da empresa? No caso, quando os usuários da empresa enviarem e-mails com anexo para usuários com @... diferente, iria gerar um alerta qualquer para o gestor.
Can I configure Power Automate to generate an alert whenever users within a company send emails with attachments to accounts outside the company? In this case, when company users send emails with attachments to users with different @..., it would generate an alert for the manager.
This will be tricky, because you will need to read all of those mailboxes. As such, you would essentially need the credentials for all of them.
I'm pretty sure that an O365 admin can likely set up a tenant-wide policy for that, though. No need to use Power Automate to do it. And especially Power Automate Desktop.
