Hi guys,
I have a SharePoint list with a couple of lookup column types (see attached "SharePointList"). This one displays the telephone number and the email based on the selected franchisee name and surname.
I would like to let the display form react with a selection on the emails (whether one or two emails are displayed) like the store telephone and/or the store email (see attached "PowerApp_Form")
Is this possible?
I have tried to Concatenate the code but that did not work
