I'm trying to use Azure Data Explorer connector for my flow under MS Personal Productivity environment but facing the following error while authenticating -

Connection creation/edit of 'shared_kusto' has been blocked by Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy 'CSEO UltraLow (All New Environments)'.

    Hi,

So your organization has blocked this data connector for use in your personal default environment.  You have two options that I am aware of:

    1)  Make the request to allow this environment to use the connector.  Your I/T global admins will need to do that for you.

    2)  Move your flow into an environment that already has access (typically your production or test environment but to be clear, not your default environment for personal productivity).

Either one of those will solve this for you.
