A site has been set up which holds users TimeSheets in XLS files. They are organised as such
https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/WEStaffFiles/Manager%20one/Forms/AllItems.aspx
Manager_1\Jane\TimeSheets\Timesheet for Annualisedhours2019.xls
\Tom\TimeSheets\Timesheet for Annualisedhours2019.xls
Manager_2\Fred\TimeSheets\Timesheet for Annualisedhours2019.xls
\John\TimeSheets\Timesheet for Annualisedhours2019.xls
etc.
The site owner is wanting to an email sending every week listing any xls document which has not been modified for over 7 days.
I've trying to building a flow to do this but i'm not getting anywhere quick.
I can't even seem to get a list of just the XLS file from the root of https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/WEStaffFiles/ with the name of Timesheet for Annualisedhours2019.xls, all sorts of different files come back.

Any help or a point in the right direction would be appreciated.
