Reply email and update Sharepoint List item

Hi everyone,

I'm creating a flow when a email is sent via Power Apps button to a user, ex. equipment ready to pick up, the user confirms it when picked up replying via email button.

When pressed the Picked up button I would like to appear in the Power App gallery a warning like this:

How can I do this?

I assume when the user selects "Picked Up" then you are updating the specific item. It may be a boolean or Text or Choice field
Select the gallery and insert the Label control
Set the Text property to "Picked Up"
Set the visible property to Based on the field type holds the information
If Boolean field then
ThisItem.IsPickedUp
If Text field then
ThisItem.ColumnName = "Picked Up"
if Choice Field
ThisItem.ColumeName.Value = "Picked Up"

It should show like

That part I could already achieved but I would like to know how to do when the email sent with options with Flow (in this case the option is Picked Up) updates the Sharepoint List (in this case a column called Picked up) and reflects on the gallery. Hi @brsoares

Create Power Automate
Call Power Automate from Power Apps (I assume you know how to call Power automate from Power Apps)

Your Flow steps will be like

Power Apps calls Power Automate with ID of the record
Get the item details (Email, item details)
Send email with options
Check the user response (SelectedOption)
Update the SharePoint Item. Boolean to Yes or Choice field to 'Picked up'

Note:
To Email address needs to be updated
Gallery uses filter based on boolean field or choice field
