Hello,

I'm a Microsoft employee trying to find the ICM connector to automate the incident creation for one of my work flow but couldn't able to find it in "MS Personal Productivity" and "MS Pro Dev" environment.

Is ICM connector deprecated?

Thanks,

Krishna Mohan Pinni.

Hey @Krishna7. ICM is an internal Microsoft custom connector for an internal service.

Can you please have a look at the thread https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/I-Found-A-Bug/IcM-connector/td-p/86121

In the above thread I see:

@Krishna7 : Did you get any resolution for this issue?
I am using ICM connector on ms personal productivity env. Due to changes in DLP policies, i am planning to migrate to Pro dev environment. But couldn't find ICM connector on this environment.

ICM Connectors are now exposed on MS Pro dev environment. You can use ICM action - "Updated ICM incident" to update any incident

    Hi @Krishna7 @CFernandes @dibhalla @Gunalan ,

I couldn't able to find any ICM related action flows in the Power Automate.

Were those depricated or has been removed from the action list?

Please, suggest me if there is any way to connect to icm portal and create ICM through Power Automate.

    Thank you in Advance.

    Regards,
