Hello, I'm new to Power Automate and I'm trying to learn it on my own. I want to be able to view templates so I can see how they're created. However, I cannot access them without signing into the services, but I don't have some of those services (I work for a business). Is there a way to view these templates without signing into the connected services?

Yeah, that can be challenging. Would be great if you could preview it without connections.

First of all I would recommend signing up for the Microsoft 365 Developer program. One of the perks is that you get a Microsoft 365 tenant which you can use to develop and try out solutions (and break stuff without impacting your own business 😁).

And that subscription will remain active for as long as you’re actively developing and deploying solutions: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/developer-program/microsoft-365-developer-program-faq

Second of all within that developer tenant you could try out these templates and services. For most services you would also have a trial/developer option as well.
