Hello,
I need your feedback regarding the governance you have implemented in Power Platform using the ALM process. Currently, I use ALM Accelerator to facilitate the deployment of solutions created by developers. Everything works perfectly; I have a dev environment, a test environment, and a production environment. For both the test and production environments, developers have read-only access with the Basic User role. By default, in both test and production, I have an SPN account that becomes the owner of the solutions and connection references.
However, in the test environment, I allow developers to be the owners of their Power Automate flows if the solution contains flows. This makes it easier for them to debug their flows. But in production, they do not have visibility over their flows. Several developers have expressed the need to access their flows in production to monitor errors. I'm not sure if this approach is recommended.
I would like to have your feedback on this matter. Do you allow your developers to be the owners of their flows in production? If not, how do they manage flows that can be erroneous since they do not have visibility? I watched a video by Reza Dorani, which suggests implementing error handling in flows and sending them by email. Do you also use this method?

I would really appreciate your feedback on this topic.
