how to add a hyperlink inside the email body as shown in attached photo?

Perfectly, how to embed the hyperlink as a text to click? eg. Please click here to edit the online form.

    Please click <a href='your url'>here</a> to edit your online form

    Alos, in advanced settings of email action, set IsHTML to Yes
