Azure File Storage Extract Archive to Folder Error

I am getting the following error when trying to extract a ZIP file using the Azure File Storage "Extract Archive to Folder". Any idea on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

  "message": "File name is null or empty."
  "source": "azurefile-wus.azconn-wus-001.p.azurewebsites.net"
