I have a SharePoint List where I would like to create an HTML table and send emails to users.
For example:
Employee Name Task Name Date
Joe Stephens Clean Science Room 6/12/2020
Joe Stephens Clean Math Room 6/12/2020
Sally Rae Fix School Bus 6/12/2020
Sally Rae Training 6/12/2020
Sally Rae Meeting 6/12/2020
Jimmy Doe Manage Classroom 6/12/2020
Jimmy Doe Update Gradebooks 6/12/2020
I would like to send 3 separate emails, one for each person that shows only their tasks in an html table.
