It is possible in a model-driven app but unfortunately as of now (04-07-2020), it is not yet possible in a canvas app. Suggest to submit the idea though at: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Ideas/idb-p/PowerAppsIdeas

I haven't tried it out, but there is a PCF for IFrames inside CanvasApps on pcf.gallery: https://pcf.gallery/iframe-pcf/

This doesn't work for most of the urls , seems like the xframeoptions option only allows same domain. Tried with sharepoint online urls and microsoft project as well.
If there is any other option please let me know.
how do you use the <iframe> in canvas? I can't find that option. Thanks

The iFrame control mentioned in @NavaKiran's post is a sample PCF code component. It's not available out-of-the-box and the iFrame component is just for Bing maps. So unfortunately there's no out-of-the-box component however your options are:
