I've added external, internal websites and a handful of documents of different types including plain text.
Topic is enabled too and has same websites.
I've saved/published.
Refreshed chat tester. But no matter what I ask from those site sor documents it says it doesnt know or I need to rephrase?
Anything else I can try?

It's working for me. Remove the website and add "insightglobal.com" and try.
