Hello,

I have an application that has been live in production for a good 4-5 months now. The App is currently shared with everyone in org.

Anyways, one individual is trying to access the App for the first time and is being thrown an error message (screenshot below). This is the first time we have ever seen this error. Since he's accessing the App through one of our SP sites, he has already gone through the MFA steps, so I don't know why he is seeing the error message. Also verified they are using Edge.
