I’ve tried several times, but the style still isn’t applying correctly to the HTML table. Could anyone help me figure out what I might be doing wrong?

Here are the parameters I’ve been using. When I first tested the flow, I was receiving the email with the correct formatting. I spent hours trying to figure out why the formatting suddenly disappeared but couldn’t find a clear reason — as you can see below.
***UPDATE***
I’ve been using the Outlook mobile app to take the screenshots for you. Interestingly, I noticed that if I preview the email (without fully opening it), the formatting appears correctly. But as soon as I open the email, the formatting disappears. What??
Then I checked Outlook on my laptop, and the formatting shows up perfectly there.
So… does the HTML table display differently depending on the device or platform where it’s opened?
