field visible to only one absolute user and one user whose mail id is picked up

Hi,

I have created a powerapps forms to be used in a sharepoint list. I want a certain field(Assigned to) to be visible to only specific people (to be exact, one absolute mail which is mine & one mail id which will be assigned over in the form). Attached the powerapps image below.

I used a formula in the visible field as in the below image(blacked out is my mail id).

It is showing up in Powerapps forms. But not showing up in my sharepoint list

Could someone please help?

Hi @JayanthanJ,

There is no direct relation between PowerApps and SharePoint (until you integrate the form for SharePoint for new item creation). Whatever you do in PowerApps, that is applicable to only PowerApps not to SharePoint.

Please check if you might have accidentally hide the column in SharePoint list.

Hi @bapala Powerapps is already integrated with sharepoint list. Though the Assigned to value is showing in power apps it is not showing in the sharepoint list.

You should just need this (If/true/false is not necessary) on the Visible

ThisItem.'Assigned to' = User().Email || ThisItem.'Assigned to' = "jayanthan.??????"

What you expect to happen and see

What is happening and visible

in particular what you mean by this It is showing up in Powerapps forms. But not showing up in my sharepoint list
