"When a appointment is Created" Booking trigger did not work

Hi all, 
I want to run a flow if an appointment via Booking is created.  My expection would be, that the flow runs, as soon as an appointment is made but the flow does not even start. 

Did I miss anything?

    Can you provide more context which bookings do you refer to from what type of application?

     

    If possible please provide some screenshots.

    Hi @Mira_Ghaly ,

    the usecase is, that external can book via browser appointments and then the flow should run. 
    Not sure if screenshots will help, because there is no error message or so, just an empty run history 🙂
    In the meanwhile I´ve tried it in another tenant therer it works fine.  So for me it seems that this is an user or connection issue. The user is the global-admin and I already deleted all connections.
