Flow to add invitees to Google Calendar - event is not reflected in invitee's Outlook Web Application calendar

I'm trying to reflect my calendar availability from my companyA google calendar onto my companyB and companyC outlook web application calendars. I set up a flow for this as shown in the image below. I'm using companyA and companyB and companyC as fake examples to obscure the actual email addresses.

Flow

This flow is partially working but not entirely working as intended. When I view my Google Calendar under companyA, I can see that me@companyB.com and me@companyC.com appear as guests on a new calendar event, automatically.

However, I cannot see the event reflected in Outlook Web Application under my me@companyB.com or me@companyC.com accounts.

Separately, when I manually add these guests from my companyA Google Calendar, I can actually see them on my me@companyB.com Outlook Web Application account.

I later removed me@companyC.com, and just had the flow add "me@companyB.com" as an attendee. This had the same effect. When I view the event in my companyA Google Calendar, I see "me@companyB.com" listed as a guest. However, when I look at my Outlook Web Application calendar under companyB, I do not see the event.

The "test" for the flow also looked successful.

How can I get these events to actually show up on my me@companyB.com outlook web application calendar?

companyB has restrictions in place that seem to prevent me from adding Outlook as a connector in Microsoft Flow, which is why I am trying to do it this way.

    Re: Flow to add invitees to Google Calendar - event is not reflected in invitee's Outlook Web Application calendar

    @mrengy  and @v-bacao-msft,

    I had exactly the same idea, to invite my work e-mail-adress to new-shift-events, that are added by my wife to our commonly shared calendar, in order to consider them in my corporate schedule as soon as possible.

    Manually it does what I expect.

    Automatically, my work e-mail-address is being added as guest, but no mail is being sent out, as it is, when adding the e-mail-adress manually. When I delete the event, after the automation has added my e-mail-account, I receive an information, though, that the event was cancelled. I suspect, that the event in outlook is being created based on the inviation e-mail - which is missing in that case...

    If we manage to send out the e-mail-invation after adding the e-mail-address to the google-event, I could imagine it will work...

    Edit: I think this is exactly the reason what we experience here:

    Does anyone has an idea how to solve this with powerautomate?

    @v-bacao-msft

    I did not create any Outlook events. This whole flow is in order to automatically make events from Google Calendar appear in Outlook.

    If you're asking how I created the Google Calendar events, I created them manually through the web. Still not sure why the flow is adding invitees to the Google Calendar events, but those invitations don't show up on their respective Outlook calendars.

    Hi @mrengy ,

    I am not sure how you created the outlook event? Whether this process has caused such a result.

    On the Flow side, you only need to get the parameter values you need through the corresponding Dynamic content. It seems that your Flow configuration has no problems.

    Best Regards,
