What Power app license is pocket friendly and available for NonProfit community service use case

Good day all. first time here.

What license is pocket friendly and available for NonProfit community service use case.
I am building an app for my housing estate, the app is to help get levy payment detail from residence and in turn build a data base for residence. I do not know what license will enable me make the app available to the over 300 residence in my estate. This is a community service project.

Note:
No existing data base, building a Canvas app on top of excel. Dont need premium connectors for now.

Hi @AnthonyChilaka

You have to have a minimum Microsoft 365 license. You may have to ask through a license sales channel that is for an NGO and see if they can assign you licenses, but it is something that sales channels do.

The policies of the Power Platform applications, user who enters a user who has a license, either M365 or Power Apps Premium

Hi @AnthonyChilaka

Yes, but you will always need a license to access.
As for contact, no, you would have to look for an authorized channel for the purchase in your country.
