Export 500,000 row max from Power BI with Power Automate

Hi,

I am creating a flow that will export my data daily from here, but the issue is that is not exporting all of the rows, I want to use the 500,000 live connection option, is it possible to use it? If yes, how? Or is there a suggestion for it?

What flow action are you using to export your data? Some actions have settings you can change to control the depth of the data that is pulled. For instance, many have a "pagination" option that will allow you to set an upper limit on number of items pulled from a list or table. See below:

Pagination may not be the exact setting you need to change, but for whatever action you're using, be sure to check the settings for any tweaks that you can make. You can find settings for an action here:

Let me know if this helps and if you have any more questions!

Hi I am using "Run a query against a dataset" and I am going to insert my Query dataset to extract the data from the dataset, because I need to export the data with different filters that is why. So I don't have the option, do you recommend to add another step? would I still have my data filtered ?

I see. I am uncertain whether your flow will do what you want it to since I have not queried data from BI myself. I would suggest that you test the flow and compare the outputs to what you expect to happen. Do post a response that details what happens so you can receive additional help if needed!
