Retrieve a record and display

Novice user here...I currently have a "Retrieve" button in a UI App that integrates with a 3rd party app.  When the user inputs the info needed to return the record, the information is displayed in a dialog box, and then click x to return to main menu.  User now wants the ability to make edits to the existing record.  How do I present the returned information in a screen so the users can actually update the info?

    I would need more information to assist you. What is the third-party app you are using? How are you connecting to the third-party app? Are you using a supported connector, a custom connector, or Power Automate?  What components are you using to display the returned record?  Screen shots would be helpful, as well.
