How to remove automatic strikethrough in email with Forms to email Flow

Hello,


I have created a flow where it grabs the response details when a form is submitted and sends an email (v3)  with the questions and answers included.  The flow is working great, except half of the questions and answers (second half) come through with a strikethrough in them.

 

How do I remove this formatting?  Strikethrough isn't even an option in the email formatting area...

    The problem was not with the flow, but with the Form answers.  My form is bilingual and the answer included the option N/A <S/O> - when that response was chosen it caused that question/answer within the body of the email and all remaining questions/answers to have a strikethrough through it.  Upon editing the form to indicate N/A / S/O this removed the formatting issue.
