Hi All,

I'm would like to create a flow that would help to fulfil the following:

  1. Read from Excel Spreadsheet
  2. Identify all the sales personnel in "Username" column within the spreadsheet
  3. Identify all the rows of data that belongs to the same sales personnel
  4. Have email sent out with all the consolidated data (Date, Customer Name, Project Name Column) in a table and sent to all the respective sales personnel

Thanks in advance! 🙂

    Hi @tom_riha ,

    Appreciate the advise!

So I got the filtering and condition working but for some reason it's only working for the "first set of record" when creating the HTML table.

From the second set onwards, it fails to create the HTML table:

    For context -

Hope the information I've provided above isn't too confusing!

    Thanks again in advance!

    Hello @hongdet ,

you have two options how to do that:

    1. you can filter directly in the 'List rows....' action to return only the rows with 'Sales Completed' right at the start

    2. you can add another filter in the 'Filter array' action where you search for each row per user to search not only rows for that user, but only rows for that user that must also have the status 'Sales Completed'

Re: Filter Excel Data and Consolidate Row before Sending Email

    Hi @grantjenkins ,

    1. Yes, the excel file does have a table defined (Table1)

    2. The email address is stated in all of the row within the table

I was able to get the steps of filtering those data out and sent email to the respective agent based on the instruction @tom_riha has shared here

I'm now trying to see if I could further filter out the data and only sent row data that has "Sales Completed" in another Column?

    Thanks in advance!

    Thank you @tom_riha ,

It was really helpful and I was able to sent those email out by following your suggestion. May I check if I'm able to add-in additional steps to further filter out those data?

I would like to further filter out the data and only sent row data that has "Sales Completed" in another Column?

    Thanks in advance!

    @hongdet A couple of questions:

    1. Does your Excel file have a Table defined?
    2. Where do you get the emails from (respective sales personnel) where you send the data?

    Hello @hongdet ,

I wrote an article on doing the same over data in SharePoint list here, your flow will be the same with the exception being that your source will be the Excel 'List rows...' action instead of 'Get items'.
