I have a flow that sends a reminder alert to the user that created an item in a list. This is a list I have set up to to create annual reminder alerts on particular docs in libraries.
How do I amend it to send to other reviewers? I don't see an option in 'Send an email' to send the alert to other team members here, only 'created by' or 'modified by' users. Is there another way to do it? Is there another 0365 template I could use?
I have staff names (but not their associated email accounts) in a metadata column I could use in the list.
Thanks, Vicki
Yes thanks, I worked it out. I used a people column, so users could select a reviewer. Thanks for your haelp.
Hi @ Victoria,
Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your sharepoint list?
As @ScottShearer said, if you only have the staff names, but not their associated email accounts, please store the additional persons in a person or group column, and set the column for multiple entries, and then you could choose the email dynamic content of that column on the email's To or CC field to achieve your needs.
Regards,
Alice Zhang
If the additional persons who should receive an email are stored in a person or group column, you can reference that column on the TO or CC lines in the email. The column can be set to allow for multiple entries.
Otherwise, you will need to have a properly constructed string of email addresses.
