Forward an email connector - sending duplicate emails in a flow

Hi all,

I have been working with a flow to forward emails based on a trigger condition (just to trigger the action on specific internal mails), the email is forwarded to a distribution list . The issue is that sometimes when the email has attachments, the flow  is forwarding twice , duplicating the same email to each of the recipients of the distribution list. I have not been able to determine the reason , but it doesn't occurs all the time , some of them are forwarded correctly with only one ocurrence.

Since I had this part of the workflow evaluating conditions, I decided to isolate the flow to avoid issues with conditions or loops processing , but still the result is the same, whenever the inbox receives emails with attachments, for some of them is forwarding 2 times.

I really appreciate any suggestion if I need to check for additional parameters , or if I am missing something for such kind of flows.

Regards,

Carlos.

    Hi just to update ,

After checking I realized that those emails presenting a duplication, if the email body has inserted images (like your signature or any copy/paste of any image ),  will share in common for the first forward    , the first email received will show a message like this one: "The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted.
Verify that the link points to the correct file and location."
Resulting in this image being attached to the forwarded email

Then the second one being forwarded immediately is being received complete with no issues, no showing the previous error message in the email body.

I decided to add a Delay step of 1 minute , and seems working now, only forwarding 1 email correctly . Still I am not sure this is the most efficient way to control this behavior.

    Regards,

    Carlos.
