What is the suitable AI tool to or C# way to read PDF documents having same or multiple tables spanning across multiple pages using AI technology

We need read tables from PDF document using AI or custom coding. We have considered Microsoft Power Automate with AI builder but, this is not capable of reading multiple tables spanning across multiple pages. I am not able to figure out what is the AI tool that make this scenario happen? Or is it possible to write custom code in C# to read PDF document and identify tables in anyway?

We are releasing in April an update to AI Builder that will let you tag tables that are not currently automatically detected by AI Builder: Explicitly tag tables in form processing | Microsoft Docs

If you have C# coding knowledge, you can check Azure Form Recognizer Layout API which might fit your needs: Layouts - Form Recognizer - Azure Cognitive Services | Microsoft Docs

@JoeF-MSFT That update is good. But what about the scenario that I have mentioned. I will tag tables in two pages, but in future that table span across 3,4 pages. How AI builder will behave in this scenario?
