Having the same issue as some of you, looks like mine started yesterday afternoon. Still having the same issue today. Anybody have any recommendations?
Does the outputs have a more specific error? It would be useful to see that as well.
Additionally, can you share a screenshot of the setup of your action (like the below screenshot)? Have you also double checked if you can still access the file you are trying to add rows to?
