Creation of certification when end user pass the quiz in powerapps

May I know if there is a way in creating certification in powerapps when the end user pass the quiz.

    Well you've got two ways you coudl achieve it.

    1. It downloads directly from Powerapps to the device.
     
    2. it gets send to them as attachment of a mail. So yes abolutely possible just depends on how you want to do it.

    Hey Daywalker. 

    if your question is how to create an PDF and style it here's a Link explaining how you can do it: Create and download PDFs Directly from Power Apps | Tutorial - YouTube
    Instead of the Form being used you can also just use a gallery or a container and reference that one in the PDF function.
