@BlueRSK - Can you expand the action and show me the configuration in the edit mode?

@BlueRSK firstly you have 2 "when an item is created or modified" triggers in your flow. Why? A flow can only have 1 trigger. Secondly, you need to have a get item action after the trigger to get the item that the flow was triggered about. Then you can have the post message action.

But i think that i have firsttrigger "When and item is created" and the second one is "when an item is created or modified"

You can only have 1 trigger in a flow. You cannot have the "when an item is created" and when an item is created or modified" triggers in the same flow.

But what i should do if i need modified my sharepoint list and than update an item?  Firstly i need to create and item? than modify and then updated

Once you've created the item then use the update item action to update it with whatever data you need to update. As I've said, you cannot have 2 triggers in the same flow.

I have a flow where i need to clarify the info, so i send to the people who wants to clarify the info a message that your info is clarifying. Ok. Than i update status in sharepoint that the info is clarifying. than i need to know if a person changed a sharepoint list or not. So i used when an item is created or modified. And than i send an approval on people to confirm the clarifying

@BlueRSK It should not be possible to use two Triggers in the flow... Then use the action "Get changes for an item or file(properties only) and build your logic around it. For details see - https://www.sharepointsiren.com/2021/05/power-automate-sharepoint-get-column-changes/

@BlueRSK you've really got the logic of this wrong. See the post from @CFernandes to use the get changes action. Your flow still has 2 triggers and that is not possible..
