Drop down populated with distinct SharePoint list items separated by commas

Hi all,

Hope I can articulate this right.

1. I have a list "List" with a column named "A".

2. In "A" column I have individual cells with multiple items separated by commas

3. I would like to connect a dropdown to "A" and return all distinct individual items in that column separated by commas.

Example:

Column A
Row1: Bananas, Apples

Row2: Pears, Grapes
Row3: Grapes, Pears

Row4: Blueberries

PowerApp Dropdown would appear like this:
Bananas
Apples
Pears
Grapes
Blueberries

@kgiles123 try below on the Items property of your Dropdown:

Distinct( Split( Concat( 'Your ComboBox'.SelectedItems, Value & "," ), "," ), Value )

Hi @kgiles123 : First concate all value from column A into string using this and store in variable lets say:

Set(gblvar,Concat(List, A, "," ))

Then create collection from this string using split function:

ClearCollect(ThisCollection,Split(gblvar, ","))

Then on dropdown use below code:

Distinct(ThisCollection,Value)

If I've selected "Grapes" in my dropdown I would like to return the SharePoint Row 2 and 3 IDs in another list if possible.

Hi @kgiles123 , In that case, you need to use search function to first search where is grapes available in column A and once you get the results, then you need to collect the ID and return it to another list.

Search(LIST,Dropdown1.Selected.Value,"A")
Then use it further
But this will give you the delegation warning.

NOTE: TESTING11 is my list name
