Daily check to see if a file has been uploaded

Hey!

I'm fairly new to flow creation and think I've bitten off more than I can chew...

I'm trying to create a flow to help with the management of one of the reports my team monitors at work. Once the report is actioned a copy gets uploaded to sharepoint, so I'm trying to create a flow that does a daily check (only Mon-Fri) at a certain time to see if anyone has uploaded a new file and if not, send an email.

I've got the schedule and a condition to check the day of week (hoping that latter part is right?)

However I'm stuck from there. My folder pathway works like this:

 Site Address -> Document -> Folder 1 -> Folder 2 -> Year folder -> Month Folder

Since the end location as to where the report will be uploaded will change depending on the year/month we're in, I'm thinking if possible it would be easier to just to layer the check against "Folder 2" and just have it do a sweep of everything within it. So it wouldn't matter which year/month you uploaded to report to, as long as something's been uploaded today.

I was trying to implement a Get Items action, but can't seem to get it to drill down to the folder I want and even then, I'm not sure how to get the flow to then look for the modification dates to check if there's something that matches the current date and if not - send that email.

So far after that initial screenshot from the above I've got this but I know I'm probably way off. I was thinking I needed a Get Items/list to look for the Modified column and then add a condition to say if nothing equals today to then run the email?
