Good Morning,
I am building a flow which will send a weekly email to each person who has been assigned an action which is still open.
My current issue is that it sends an email for every action individually rather than grouping them together and just sending 1.
If I could get it to say how many actions they have open as an individual in the email body and subject that would be brilliant.
I am new to flow so if you could explain the process that would be useful.
